Add-on screens MedInt has developed for Centrix HIS
Add-ons the MedInt team designed with doctors and nurses, in use in real hospitals’ Centrix HIS.

New IPD EMR
An inpatient record organised as daily progress: tasks, daily and continuous medication orders, lab, X-ray and doctors’ and nurses’ progress notes on one screen, with Summary, Laboratory, Radiology, Pathology and Discharge Summary tabs.

TPR Chart
Temperature, pulse and respiration charted by day and time, with a table of BP, O2 sat and intake / output. Choose a date range, zoom and print, replacing paper charts.
Patient images and files moved to a file server
An add-on that moves patient images and files out of the database and onto a file server. The database gets smaller, backups run faster, and the system can be restored much more quickly in an emergency.

Ward Dashboard
A dashboard for a TV on the ward so the nursing team can manage all patients at a glance: bed status for the whole ward, and who is being admitted or discharged today, who has surgery, who needs medication, blood tests or an X-ray, and each patient’s diet, without clicking into each record. Updates in real time, with a sound alert for nurses as soon as a doctor places a new order.
In use on a TV at the nurse station
API for hospitals
We install an API so hospitals can pull data from the HIS and build their own add-ons, covering kiosks, doctor schedules and appointments, lab and X-ray results, patient-count dashboards by department, PDPA and scanned-document-to-PDF, with API documentation ready for the hospital’s IT team.
Patient details in these screenshots are hidden for privacy.
