Yes. We serve hospitals running Centrix HIS or MedHIS whoever the original implementer was. We start by assessing your current system, then propose the right approach.
Will MedInt modify our Centrix HIS?
No. We build and install companion software that runs alongside your system without modifying the core. Your Centrix HIS / MedHIS stays with its original implementer as usual.
We run a newer MedHIS version. Will MedInt add-ons work?
Centrix HIS and MedHIS are the same system. We check your version and configuration first to confirm each add-on will work.
Can we hire MedInt for MA or helpdesk only?
Yes. We provide usage helpdesk and server / IT infrastructure maintenance, with no need to buy add-ons or custom work.
Do we need downtime to add features?
Usually not. We plan installation and testing to minimise disruption and agree the go-live window with you.
